Human Prostate Gene DataBase

 Welcome to PGDB
 Version 1.1

PGDB is a curated and integrated database of human genes related to the prostate and prostatic diseases. Currently, PGDB covers genes that have been reported in the scientific literature to be involved in a number of molecular and genetic events occurred in the prostate such as gene mutation, gross deletion, methylation, polymorphism, over-expression and linkage (linkage disequilibrium), and also covers genes that are exclusively expressed in prostate as shown by SAGE and EST experiments.

The wildcard (*) can be used at the end of search strings to broaden your search
