Samples are from a Johns Hopkins Brady Center study on prostate cancer

currently comprises over 9,000 Expressed Sequence Tags(ESTs) from mouse
prostate tissues from distinct anatomical regions and stages of
development.

comprises over 115,000 Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs) from 42 prostate
tissue and cell type-specific cDNA libraries. The PEDB started as an
effort to construct a molecular fingerprint of the normal, preneoplastic,
and neoplastic human prostate.
